Dr. Maxwell earned her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City. She completed residency training in general surgery at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Dr. Maxwell completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at Plastic Surgery at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
