Help us celebrate 10 years of caring for seniors in the community, and learn how we can help enhance the quality of life for you and your loved one. Community members ages 55 and older, along with their family/caregivers, are invited to join!

Tours of the facility, fall activities, food trucks, refreshments and giveaways will be available.

The Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is available to those age 55 and older, who live in the PACE service area, have chronic health conditions that qualify for nursing home care and can live safely in the community. PACE provides complete health care, socialization and meals, as well as respite care and support groups for caregivers.
